I contacted Heritage Toyota initially regarding the sale of my vehicle. My reluctance to go this route was quickly eased when I was directed to Ms. Lauren Beckett. My situation was streamlined, professional and friendly only due to the efficiency and knowledge of Lauren. She was absolutely attentive to my situation, without the pressure, and made the transaction seamless. It has been indeed a blessing to have been able to work with Lauren, whom receives my highest recommendation. Beware of anything their sales team promises over the phone or email. I live about 3 hours from Harrisburg and their sales staff promised me a specific vehicle at a price we agreed over the phone and the phone or email. I live about 3 hours from Harrisburg and their sales staff promised me a specific vehicle at a price we agreed over the phone and they sent me a spec-sheet via emailed to confirm. They promised a good deal to stop me from buying at a local dealer but when I arrived to pick up the car, I found out it never existed and they swapped it with another similar model with different features without telling me. They kept trying to lower the price by $200 - $500 at a time to see if I'd bite on their clear bait and switch. When I complained to Toyota, they lied and told corporate that their GM had spoken to me, which he had not. So I wasted 3 hours each way plus the cost of tolls because of their shady sales staff. Also, be sure they add the finance rates to any paperwork they share over email. They also tried to get me with a much higher interest rate than the special offer Toyota was offering at the time by leaving it off the sheet. More
