I recently found myself passing through PA on my way home to MD. My check engine light went on and ultimately, I had to have my car towed to Heritage Toyota Harrisburg. I can’t begin to tell you how Jody Iri to MD. My check engine light went on and ultimately, I had to have my car towed to Heritage Toyota Harrisburg. I can’t begin to tell you how Jody Irish turned lemons into lemonade and became my “new best friend“ by going above and beyond to get my car fixed and back to me ASAP! She and her team deserve high praise and I honestly think the world of them; they are angels! Being stranded in a strange town with no vehicle and my dog is not a comfortable situation, but Jody and team totally turned it around with compassion, kindness and quick service. More

A place that care about you! On our way back to Canada from Florida we had an accident on the road near Harrisburg and had our car towed to Heritage Toyota. Thankfully we were no On our way back to Canada from Florida we had an accident on the road near Harrisburg and had our car towed to Heritage Toyota. Thankfully we were not injured. We arrived at Heritage on March 18, 2020 and at that time we were right in the Corona Virus outbreak and we just wanted to get home. Jodi Irish right away took control of the situation and rushed our car through so that we could hopefully get back on the road as soon as possible. Unfortunately the damage was more than anticipated so we had to leave our car there and fly home. Jodi knew how stressed we were and did everything in her power to help us. We left with a fantastic impression of the type of people and commitment that are present at Toyota Heritage. You city is lucky to have such dedicated people working in your community. They don’t just fix or sell cars they take care of you. Thank you again Heritage Toyota for all that you did for us. More
