I called got a sales assistant and he told me the car was available. I was in my car and called him on his cell phone 5 minutes from them, and told him I'd be there within 10 minutes. He said he'd have the car in front for me. 10 minutes later I went in to the dealership and asked for the assistant. I was told he'd be back in a second and when he came back he didn't even look for us (miscommunication from their front desk?). I had noticed a new face enter the dealership and go to an office so I went up to him and he said he was the assistant I had spoken to. He said that someone had the car and was doing a demo ride. We waited 30 minutes and this guy never spoke to us again. We gave up and left. Though he had my cell phone number, he never called me back, leaving me with the impression that there was no car. Does Toyota know things like this are going on at their dealerships (the same thing happened on the same day at another Toyota dealership)?? I hope not. In any case,what I did do was go to a MINI dealer the same day and buy a car. Their greetings and cooperation were impeccable (see my rating of them). More

The salesman that worked with me, dennis, was great and very helpful. I got the truck I wanted for the price that I wanted, and the used sales manager was helpful and covered an alignment for me after I ha very helpful. The minute I stepped into the dealership, I was greeted by Dennis who ended up being our salesman. He gave me information about several cars and took me for a test drive. I shopped around to different dealerships, and was not given the same friendly service, dealt with unknowledgeable salesman, and was quoted higher prices. The more I looked, the more comfortable I felt coming back to R&H. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and I appreciated Dennis' bottom line pricing from the start. I could tell he was busy, but he always had time to deal with me, no matter what other deals he had going on.
