His name is Ron Douglas, and his knowledge of the Jetta that we leased was extremely beneficial. We had a dollar amount in mind that we did not want to go over as far as our monthly payments were concerned and he worked very hard to accommodate our wishes. We left the dealership with a beautiful 2011 VW Jetta that I am enjoying immensely. The whole experiance was great. I contacted Mr. Douglas a few days before we came to the dealership, he was very professional and knowlegable about the product I was interested in.
