I visited Heritage for my first official service appointment for my new 2011 EOS. A minor repair was needed and I was informed I would be without my car for a few days. My car was left at the dealership and I was contacted about the progress while it was there. On pickup my car had been cleaned and detailed just as if it had come off the show room floor.
