I have always been pleased with the service dept. however this appointment they failed to put my oil cap back on. Took almost 2 months to get the appt. I dropped it off the night before the appointment. Appointment was at 9:00 a.m came back after work to pick it up around 5:00 pm. It was sitting out I dropped it off the night before the appointment. Appointment was at 9:00 a.m came back after work to pick it up around 5:00 pm. It was sitting out in the lot , so I figured it was done. Went to the counter to get it, At first they could not find the paperwork . They finally found the paperwork so I asked where were the keys. They didn’t know. So after looking around again they finally found the keys. But then I was informed they did not get my truck done because my truck got taken off the service line to work on someone else’s vehicle. So I had to leave it there for another day. Long story short, I came back the next day and still was not completely fixed. It was there for an oil change, tire rotation and wheel sensors were not working. They got the oil changed and tire rotation but did not fix the wheel sensors. Needless to say I will not be back to this service department. More
