I came in to get a tire changed which takes about 15 minutes elsewhere. there was a line and no one was assisting me after about 5 minutes. i am about 6 months pregnant and it is about 90 degrees with h minutes elsewhere. there was a line and no one was assisting me after about 5 minutes. i am about 6 months pregnant and it is about 90 degrees with high humidity. i went inside and waited for someone to go to my car. inside, they told me to go back to my car. i told them i wouldn't until someone could assist me. emily was the only one who could. she finally came and told me 30-45 minutes for a wait time. i thought ok. after an hour i approached emily to see the status of my vehicle. she told me she didn't want to change my tire without telling me which of course makes no sense since i came in to change my tire. then i thought ok they must have my car up so it will only take another 5 minutes. wrong. she said an hour. 2 hours for something that takes 15 minutes everywhere else. did i mention that this was after making the appointment? this is the closest dealership to my house but i would rather pay an extra $50 than ever deal with these people again. Herson's sold us an used car in great condition. After two weeks, it started making noises so we took it in for an independent diagnosis at a different dealership. Turns out the brand new tires were "very two weeks, it started making noises so we took it in for an independent diagnosis at a different dealership. Turns out the brand new tires were "very low quality" and "incompatible" with the car model. The buying experience was excellent except for the subpar tires. More
I went with my Honda Odyssey(with around 20K miles on it) to Herson's Honda dealership when oil life remaining showed up at 15%. The person who came up at the service counter looked at my dashboard told me t to Herson's Honda dealership when oil life remaining showed up at 15%. The person who came up at the service counter looked at my dashboard told me that it needs B maintenance and not just oil change because B maintenance indicator showed up. I was asked if I would like to have it, and it could cost as much as 170 dollars. I trusted them that it's some thing serious. Finally when I looked at the receipt, after their work, it was just oil change and tire rotation and couple of minor things. Labor costs were 125 dollars for about 45 minute service. I felt cheated. They just create they hype that B maintenance is a big deal. I may not go to this dealership again for oil changes, and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there for minor repairs and oil changes. I should have just gone to a regular oil change place. More

I worked with Umar Chaudry, Internet Sales, at Herson's Honda to purchase a 2011 Honda Civic EX-L sedan and was very pleased with the experience. Umar worked with me so I got to a very good competitive price. Umar was never pushy and was transparent through the entire purchase experience from communicating with him over email to when I came in to the dealer to purchase my car. I did not have a trade in. I had a prior finance offer, which Herson's was able to get very close to through Honda's financing, enough so that the convenience on working with Honda outweighed the slight difference (less than .2%) in APR that Honda financing offered. Herson's is nothing but heartache! I should have read the reviews on this site before going there. I found out later that the price they offered me wasn't very good. They also tried to hit me with hidden fe reviews on this site before going there. I found out later that the price they offered me wasn't very good. They also tried to hit me with hidden fees. But after an intense negotiation I was ready to buy on one condition: that they match my trade-in appraisal from Carmax. My salesguy assured me that would be no problem, but then he left me with "the closer" who lowballed me and wouldn't budge. When I balked, he tried to confuse me with numbers and when that didn't work he tried to bully us. My wife was so offended she walked out of the dealership. I had to demand the keys back for my trade-in from a sales manager. After a confounding delay, we got our keys back and left. Next day, the salesman called to apologize and offer me the original deal. But by then we'd contacted three other dealers, all of which offered me a much better deal. Trust me, if you live in the Rockville area, avoid Herson's and buy your Honda at Criswell! More
The service shop cut my interior panelling and refused to take ownership for it. They were rude and arrogand and stated that they were unsure of they did it, but that if they did the, "weren't going to do a take ownership for it. They were rude and arrogand and stated that they were unsure of they did it, but that if they did the, "weren't going to do a thing about it", and that was the "manager" speaking. Very unprofessional and rude. They didn't do a good job on my repairs either. I'll NEVER go back! More
I purchased a 2010 Honda Insight about 10 days ago. They were very busy. I found the exact car I was looking for and the best price. They also gave me the best price on my trade. I had looked for this parti were very busy. I found the exact car I was looking for and the best price. They also gave me the best price on my trade. I had looked for this particular color and I wanted an "LX Insight". All of the other dealers only had "EX Insights" for about $1500 more. Although they were very busy, I was only at the dealership for about an hour and a half from the time I walked in to the time I left. It could not have been a better experience! I would definately recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new Honda and Chris And Jamie made my day by knowing all the answers to my questions being professional and pleasant througout the whole transaction. My main contact with this dealership was Shahul Usman, internet sales. He emailed me when other dealers despite telephone calls did not respord or call me back. Shahul was competitive, quick and no BS, internet sales. He emailed me when other dealers despite telephone calls did not respord or call me back. Shahul was competitive, quick and no BS, he stood by the quoted price, took my clunker, threw in a couple of cheap to them freebees, no hidden fees. And his quick and dirty finance estimate was within $1.00 a month of the final deal. Good job Shahul. One of my best new car sales experiences. More
