I was looking for a new VW GTI for my wife. Stopped in for a scouting exercise and met Bob Porter in the parking lot after I got out of my car. I was very impressed with the professionalism and demeanor of everyone I met at Herzog. I returned a few days later with my wife to take a closer look. She was also impressed with Bob and Nick Lee. She loved the car that I saw earlier that had a few upgrades in terms of after-market goodies. The sales process went very quickly and these guys detailed the vehicle and had it looking perfect in a very short time. ....And the price was VERY competitive. More

Coco took the time to acquaint me with all of it's features. I truly liked the fact that he took his time with me after the sale was completed. In short, I got just the car I wanted, for the price I wanted and with no hassles. I have no problem recommending Coco and Nick to my friends and family. More
Found car on Craigslist thru Herzog's internet sales. Car was the current model year with a few thousand miles on it. What a deal! Had a good experience with Herzog Meier. Jennifer suggested just the right car for us after describing what we wanted. Not pushy. Tom finished the deal for us when we returned and he was friendly, patient and took the time to make sure we knew about the car even though we were finishing paperwork after the dealership closed. We did have to wait awhile to finish the paperwork with financing as there was a line. New financing guy but he did great for his first day! Overall we found everyone friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed the "waiting area" of the dealership with the couches and play room and foosball to keep the kids entertained while we were working out the details. More
Although I had to wait nearly three months to actually receive my custom built Volvo XC 60, I am delighted! Tom Herzog called me to schedule my delivery and also shared that one rear glass window had been damaged in transport. He ordered a replacement glass and flew it in from wherever, Sweden? So its fixed and totally unnoticeable. Also Doran picked me up at the AMRAK station and brought me to the dealership on my delivery day. This was perfect for me as I had walked to the AMTRAK station in my hometown. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
The sales staff were friendly, low-key, not pushy, but very knowledgeable. RJ and Mike worked to get a good financing rate with my less than stellar rating. The only negative was the wait to go over the paperwork in the end, which was a situation where one person had a back-up of three customers to process. This made for a very long and late day - we closed out the place. In spite of that, I would recommend H-M to my family members and friends and tell them to see RJ and Mike! More

I had Herzog diagnose misfiring on my 2001 Jetta. Kyle handled my service and reported that the coil pack was bad. I asked how it was determined that the coil pack was failing and his response was "becau handled my service and reported that the coil pack was bad. I asked how it was determined that the coil pack was failing and his response was "because the technician said so". They wanted almost $1000 to replace the coil pack and two plug wires. This analysis cost me $105. I replaced the coil pack($165) myself in less than 45 minutes, to find that the problem wasn't the coil pack after all. So I wasted nearly $300 for the misdiagnosis and the part. Turns out the timing chain guide was broken and causing the chain to skip and the engine to misfire. More
