We did have to wait awhile to finish the paperwork with financing as there was a line. New financing guy but he did great for his first day! Overall we found everyone friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed the "waiting area" of the dealership with the couches and play room and foosball to keep the kids entertained while we were working out the details. More

So its fixed and totally unnoticeable. Also Doran picked me up at the AMRAK station and brought me to the dealership on my delivery day. This was perfect for me as I had walked to the AMTRAK station in my hometown. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

The sales staff were friendly, low-key, not pushy, but very knowledgeable. RJ and Mike worked to get a good financing rate with my less than stellar rating. The only negative was the wait to go over the paperwork in the end, which was a situation where one person had a back-up of three customers to process. I had Herzog diagnose misfiring on my 2001 Jetta. Kyle handled my service and reported that the coil pack was bad. I asked how it was determined that the coil pack was failing and his response was "becau handled my service and reported that the coil pack was bad. I asked how it was determined that the coil pack was failing and his response was "because the technician said so". They wanted almost $1000 to replace the coil pack and two plug wires. This analysis cost me $105. I replaced the coil pack($165) myself in less than 45 minutes, to find that the problem wasn't the coil pack after all. So I wasted nearly $300 for the misdiagnosis and the part. Turns out the timing chain guide was broken and causing the chain to skip and the engine to misfire. More
