This is the first new car I have bought in years and the process has changed drastically. Muhammad assisted me in my purchase and was extremely patient and yet thorough with an explanation of each step. I n process has changed drastically. His knowledge of the vehicle and the process of the purchase was superior. He took the time to go through all of the electronics within the vehicle, which I needed. He also set up the Chevy app on my phone and showed me how to use it. After the purchase was complete, he even took me to the service center where he introduced me to everyone there and scheduled my first service appointment. A couple of days after the purchase I got an e-mail from asking if I was satisfied and if I had any questions about the car. He left the door open to contact him in the future about the vehicle. I had the best guy working on my car and when the service guy Came out to get me every single question I had he answered completely and thoroughly.
