We had a very good experience buying a new 2026 Toyota Highlander SUV with the Salesperson-Phil and the Sales Manager - Peter. JMO, I would recommend they change their approach in the Finance Dept when t Highlander SUV with the Salesperson-Phil and the Sales Manager - Peter. JMO, I would recommend they change their approach in the Finance Dept when trying to sell you a $5000.00 Extended Warranty on a "new automobile". The representative kept talking about the sophisticated computer on the SUV and why we should buy the extended warranty. I kept thinking, we just bought our first Toyota because of their reliability. This part of our purchase was the least pleasant part of our experience there in purchasing our new SUV. However, I would recommend this dealership to buy an automobile. Again, we were pleased with our Sales Representative and Sales Manager. I hope we have a good experience with the Service Manager and Techs as well in the coming years. JWM More
