You should have been notified of the time it takes to complete the airbag recall and we are sorry to hear that was not communicated to you. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to right our wrong when it came to fixing your recall. We were happy to come out and get the vehicle from you to make the repair and are sorry that you had to stay longer at work.
