Excellent car buying experience! Of all the vehicle I have purchased, I must say that this was the best experience. I spoke with Darren Robinson over the phone after locating the car on the website. He was professional, informative, and personable. He was forthcoming regarding the vehicle's condition including minor details. We are from Louisiana, and flew up to pickup the car. Darren was very hospitable, being kind enough to pick us up from the airport and made other recommendations to ensure that I stay in the Charlotte area would be a good one. The car was everything that he claimed that it was over the phone, and he pointed out the minor issues mentioned over the phone without my requesting it. We had been shopping for several months and had looked at many cars, but none were close to matching the overall value, (price and condition) of this car. The staff at Hi-Line Garage were friendly, the atmosphere personable. I enjoyed viewing the wall containing pictures of previous customers. I would highly recommend Hi-line Garage to anyone looking to purchase a high end vehicle.

Darren made my car buying experience a pleasure rather than like having a colonoscopy.He took me on a proper test ride and being an owner of benzes himself he was able to pass on first hand knowledge of their character.He also came all the way to my house,more than 35 miles away so I could pick up the car when it was convenient for me. Kudos to the support staff for staying rather late so I could leave with all the finances etc.taken care of. If you want a high end luxury car that is as good as new at an affordable price I reccomend you go to hy-line...you'll like what you see!

Top of the line service from Phillip. I spoke with Phillip by phone about the vehicle I wanted to purchase because we live in Atlanta. He honestly told me everything he knew about the car and was forthcoming with all details. We travelled up on a Friday night and puchased the vehicle. Phillip even recommended a great hotel and place to get dinner in town where we could securely park our vehicles without worry overnight. I would definitely send my friends to him without worry. The lot is small, but has great prices on top notch high end vehicles. The inside of the dealership is clean and comfortable, as well as tastefully decorated. A great place to do business. I got a reasonable price on an outstanding used vehicle. Overall, very happy with my purchasing experience.

From start to finish, Phillip took care us. I love the car - ML350. I really enjoyed the car buying experience. This coming from someone who despises it. The difference was the no gaggle pricing (you can ask but they will politely say no). He took his time showing us several models. Once we decided, we took our test drive and we were sold. Mind you, Hi-Line is not the place to go if you are interested in test driving cars and for good reason. They are protecting the milage on it for the future owner.

As a side note, we did test drive at another dealer and tried buying from them but found their tactics tiresome and repulsive in the end. I mentioned Hi-Line and the salesman went into attack mode about them. Do your homework and be informed before buying and you will realize Hi-Line is an awesome deal.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Philip is a very knowledgable sales associate and very easy to work with. This is a no pressure dealership. They have a large inventory of very nice used luxury cars. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My wife and I bought a 2011 Mercedes E350 at Hi Line Garage in Charlotte, NC.
I was a great experience. We were in and out in less than two hours. The sales person was friendly and helpful.
Post sales support is great too. We lost one of the two ignition keys on the first day. They ordered the replacement key at cost which is less than 60% of what my local Mercedes dealer would charge. If you consider buying a car at Hi line garage, I would recommend to ask for Mr. Darren Robinson.

My experience with this dealership was great far as price an my purchase which was a M45 infiniti. I have received so many compliments about my car until I'm almost scared to drive it for the fear that I can't keep it up far as the current image that it has from the dealer. The sales team is so friendly until it's unbelievable even though I was dealing with Vito all of them was so friendly and courteous until it was unbelievable. I wanted to surprise my daughter for her 16th birthday with the car she has been "dreaming" about. Since we live in Florida, Phillip overnighted the keys so I could present them to her on her birthday. The GLK arrived just 2 days later. Beautiful inside and out!
