I was looking at a couple others online that were similar in price but the mileage was higher and since all the ones I was looking at were in different states, the dealership that gave me the most information (and obviously with the nicest car) was going to get my business. Nick was attentive and responded to text messages after business hours. I was able to get financing through my credit union in KCMO and came down with a cashiers check to Texas with all of the paperwork already waiting for me when I arrived. I would highly reccommend this dealership and the sales rep, Nick. I didn't look around the lot very much but the cars I saw looked like well taken care of vehicles and the dealership itself was classy and the people handled themselves professionally.... I would recommend and do business again More
CAVEAT EMPTOR! DON'T purchase a car here UNLESS it has an original factory warranty AND a clean Carfax. The pre- purchase transaction was friendly and promising. P DON'T purchase a car here UNLESS it has an original factory warranty AND a clean Carfax. The pre- purchase transaction was friendly and promising. Post purchase was lousy. I had a "We owe" ticket for a second key fob that the the previous owner (who purchased used Porsche} promised to bring in. When she did, the owner (Sami) refused to send me the key fob because he did not want to pay the postage. My son picked it up for me because I have stage 4 cancer and have a comprised immune system plus COVID-19 is full effect. Three weeks after my temporary plate expired and MANY texts, the salesperson informed me that the plate had been in for 4 weeks and that Sami would not send them out. Reason: Unknown. Perhaps he made a error in selling me the car at a price he re-thought was too low! I had to enlist the help of the Plano PD to have the plates sent to me which I received the next day. Unfortunately, the owner (Sami) let the salesman go. Nice guy! In closing, there might be a reason why these cars are not purchased by factory approved dealerships. My thought is, most are auction cars with warranties that are expired or due to expire in miles or years. Factory dealerships don't want the deal with the issues of cars that do not meet their standards. More
Dishonest, Shady, Go Elsewhere Hi line complaint I'll tell the facts and you can form your own opinion. I found a vehicle from this dealership that we liked. I discussed this veh Hi line complaint I'll tell the facts and you can form your own opinion. I found a vehicle from this dealership that we liked. I discussed this vehicle with Rob from this dealership. Overall he was decent to deal with upfront, but after all he is a used car salesman trying to sell a car, so what do you expect from these guys? We agreed on a fair price for this vehicle on a Thursday. We discussed that I was several hours away but would be booking a flight for my wife and I right then to pickup the vehicle at the dealership's opening Monday morning. Rob sent me the bill of sale and all paperwork needed. I had a cashiers check cut from my bank, all was done by early Friday afternoon. Confirmed per Rob that this vehicle was ours to pickup Monday morning first thing. Rob did not ask me for a deposit, or any sort of prepayment. If he had, I would have gladly obliged as this would have been a very reasonable request. Skip ahead to Saturday afternoon, I receive a vague text from Rob "I have bad news. I'm in Nc visiting my son and just got word they sold the vehicle. sorry". I tired calling Rob, which he ignored it immediately of course. Then texted me back stating "I'm with my son in Nc if you have any questions call the store and speak to the manager". I call the dealership, someone answers and I politely ask for a manager. He immediately gets defensive and tells me I can talk to him. I tell him what is going on and obviously he already knew. He then told me this is a common occurrence to sell a car from beneath someone and "sorry". I asked him how they could conduct business this way? Which he shrugged off and gave me reasons essentially saying this was my fault somehow. I explained that this deal was done according to Rob, and we had booked flights the day before. He couldn't have cared less and told me that "it is what is". He also stated " we would have probably had trouble with you down the road anyways." I told him we are now out 2 flights and he shrugged that off with no problem. We argued a bit more but he had no cares whatsoever. This must be a common practice for them to treat customers this way. You could tell these guys treating customers in this fashion was par for the course. In a nutshell, I agree to purchase a car, they agree to sell it to me, I book flights on a Friday to come pick up the vehicle Monday morning, and they sell the vehicle on Saturday from beneath me and when I ask what is going on they point the finger at me and tell me "it is what it is". Unfortunately it is business practices such as this that tend to give used car salesman bad names. This turned out to be one of the shadiest attempts at a business transaction I've ever encountered. I would recommend staying far away from this dealership. More
DO NOT BUY I hate to do this, and i have thought of it for weeks now, but i'm going to write my review based on my experience with this dealership. Today is Octo I hate to do this, and i have thought of it for weeks now, but i'm going to write my review based on my experience with this dealership. Today is October 6, 2015. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership on 8/31/15. I traded in a Honda and purchased a Lexus. As of today, this dealership still has not paid off my previous lien with Honda Financial. I already made a payment just to keep my account from default and it seems like another payment is about to kick in. First of all, Michael from this dealership promised me 1. an extra key because the vehicle i purchase came with only 1 key. 2. Fix the sunroof console because it was lose, and 3. I purchased the extended warranty and was told by the warranty company that they do not have any information from the dealership regarding my vehicle. Here are the results: 1. I still haven't receive an extra key. I was told that the key was promised by an employee, Michael, who's no longer with their company and therefore they will not honor it. 2. They temporary put a clip in the console and considered it fixed. I had to go to the Lexus dealership to get it fixed and they are not reimbursing me. 3. It looks like I have to file a petition against this dealership for 1. unpaid the lien, 2. committed fraudulent and unethical practice by selling the warranty and failed to send my information to the warranty company, and 3. reimburse my expense, lost wages claim, and suffering. I asked numerous time to speak to their owner, which he always refused to talk to me. Gabe is their manager, who has been a great help, but does not spend a lot of time to communicate with their customers. If I were you, stay away from this dealership before they screw you too. More
Recommend Highly! Experience, honesty, efficiency, reliability, and no wasted trips. After a month searching cars.com, autotrader.com, and dealers I found my car. No ha Experience, honesty, efficiency, reliability, and no wasted trips. After a month searching cars.com, autotrader.com, and dealers I found my car. No hassles, all transparent, no manager to clear deal in other room. 27 out of 31 reviews with 5 stars, I see why.. Dealer floor well lighted, not flashy, all cars indoor, like Jay Leno's garage without all the unnecessary glitz. (I can't take that home anyway.) What they say they have, when they say its ready, all points covered, all questions asked answered promptly. Financing ready when you are, no pressure, no rush. Prior to this purchase I cannot emphasis how many wasted trips, dishonest dealers, bait and switch, pressure to buy what they wanted to sell, instead of what I wanted. Got my mid-life, 60th birthday, just for me car. Gabe, Mike, Sam, you give dignity to the profession. Lots of dealers should take note. The car was removed from listings the next day instead of last weeks inventory. More
