My Review of Highland Park Lincoln-Mercury-Ford:
When I was shopping for a car I was originally looking at Lincoln-Mercury products before ultimately going with Dodge. I had the opportunity to visit several Lincoln-Mercury dealers, and I hope that my experience will be beneficial to car buyers out there. I found this website very helpful when evaluating dealers, and I decided to contribute to it myself in the hopes that someone will be better informed.
I have used this dealer for sales, service, and part, but I have never bought a used car from here. Out of all the dealers with which I dealt this is the one I would hold as the gold standard because of its professionalism, honesty, good prices, and large inventory. The internet manager and the sales department worked seemlessly together, and the internet manager, Mr. Lurie, was very straightforward about his dealer. Mr. Ron Levine, my salesperson, treated me very well and with a lot of respect. There is no doubt that he did quote me the lowest possible prices for his vehicles. He was very open and honest when he felt a particular car did not work for me, even if it was very expensive. My basic point is that this dealer seems to put a premium on maintaining long-term relationships over simply pushing cars off the lot. Because this dealer is pretty honest and gives the fairest prices it speaks for itself that so many people patronize this store. However, nothing ever takes the place of good research, and it is critical that anyone shopping for a car should look at multiple venues.
I used the service department when this dealer was previously Highland Park Ford, and as a whole its prices were competitive and the work that it did was good. The Lincoln-Mercury dealer that bought this location did have a superior service department which I had used. As a result, I think that servicing your Ford product here would be a safe bet.
My final note is that I feel that Highland Park Lincoln-Mercury-Ford is a good dealer and should be on the top of anyone's list who is in the market for a Ford product.
