My Review of Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington:
All the employees, from the general manager down to the receptionist and the mechanics, are outstanding. They tell you things straight forward, don't play "car dealer" games, and work with you to get what you really whant and need. All the staff gets a 100+.

My Review of Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington:
I brought my Jette TDI in to fix a problem and they "fixed" it about 5 times and never solved the problem. They finally said they don't know what is wrong. I dropped ~$2K for them to fix the problem and I still have the problem. It seemed like they were just guessing at things they could do to try and fix the problem.
