Brought my Lyriq in for diagnosis as OnStar was not working, which impacted navigation and supercruise. Billy got me scheduled to troubleshoot the issue- telematics unit had failed. Part was ordered, i working, which impacted navigation and supercruise. Billy got me scheduled to troubleshoot the issue- telematics unit had failed.
