I have an older model Cadillac and am a senior citizen. George goes out of his way to accommodate me by getting the car to and from the shop for whatever repairs, maintenance checks, or anything else I ne George goes out of his way to accommodate me by getting the car to and from the shop for whatever repairs, maintenance checks, or anything else I need to keep my car safe and looking nice. He even uses whatever discount coupons he has available as well. He is friendly, polite and gracious to an old lady. Love doing business with him! More

Rude and combative Customer Service Manager…since I was early for my appointment, I entered the waiting area and was seated, when he came in, he asked me how I got in. I told him (service entrance was loc early for my appointment, I entered the waiting area and was seated, when he came in, he asked me how I got in. I told him (service entrance was locked and had a sign on the door saying service customers should enter at the main entrance) and he said I need to go back out and wait in my car. I explained the sign and he continued to say there was no sign like that on the door. He finally said I could stay in the waiting area. Mr. Muhammad was an extremely poor first impression of what should be an high-class establishment - and he does not belong in the customer service market. He later came and turned on the tv and music….it was very loud, so the next time he passed by, I politely asked if he could please turn it down a bit. He said he lost the remote (which he had just used 15 minutes earlier) and he never returned…the volume staying extremely high in the waiting area. I will never return to this Cadillac dealership with my Cadillac CTS for either service or to purchase a new Cadillac. More
