My Review of Hill Kelly Dodge Chrysler Jeep :
I had been shopping Online for a Wrangler, working with a dealership in GA. After several weeks of going back and forth with that Dealer (with an ever changing price), I contacted Hill-Kelly. I spoke with Heather and Susan initially, and Their professionalism and honesty impressed me beyond words. Here I had been dealing with someone at the GA dealership that couldn't answer 1 question with out checking with management nor would they give me a solid price. With in minutes, I had a price on a unit identical to the GA unit. I made arrangements to come to the dealership to drive the Jeep. Not only was I greeted by Heather and Susan, but also Tony. I was then introduced to Matt. He did a great job of going over all the new features of the 2012 that differed from my 2004. After driving the 2-door, I decided that I prefered the Unlimited. Unfortuantely, there wasn't an Unlimited Rubicon on the Lot or available for dealer trade equipped like I wanted. So Tony worked with me to order my Perfect Unlimited Rubicon. I just got the email that it is shipping and can't wait for it to get here. I've bought 30+ cars over the years and this TEAM is one of the best that I have ever dealt with. A 5 Star rating is well justified and earned by these folks!

I came in for an oil change and John Chambers waited on me he was very helpful and recommend the 4 oil changes for 65.00. I am glad that he told me about it and save me some money, I recieved fast and friendly service and glad to return.

Richard hartline was wonderful and patient as helped me find the right car for me dispite my hesitations with purchsing a new vehicle and having car payments. He was so good at it, I have today bought my fourth vehicle frm him and thanks to Richards customer service skills, this time was as good as the previous three purchases due to the trust and care he established. Walking onto the lot, i do not feel like a customer but more of a friend. Richard has earned my loyalty and will be my go to in the future for the next 4 vehicles!!!!!!!!!!!! The next words pf praise goes to Reese in the service department. Through the years he has been honest and up front with me which earns a ton of respect in my book.

My Review of Hill Kelly Dodge Chrysler Jeep :
My husband and I found Richard to be friendly, knowledgeable, and made our visit to be enjoyable. We pretty much knew what we wanted, so didn't push other cars that were above our price range. Well, he did mention one other van a couple of thousand more, but we weren't interested. He is a car salesman. Very ejoyable experience and we love our van.


We also enjoyed working with Ellen, the finance person. You can tell she loves her job.

I would like to thank Richard Hartline for his professionalism as a very intuitive salesman. It is rare in the car buying experience that I have had a sales person who actually heard what I was saying. I visited the dealership one day, explained what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. Several days later he called and said he thought we could make a deal. Two hours after I arrived at the dealership I left with the type vehichle I had researched in depth for several months and felt I had received a very fair deal from Hill Kelly Dodge. Richard did what he said he would do and I was happy.

My Review of Hill Kelly Dodge Chrysler Jeep :
So I started looking for Jeep Wrangler about a month ago. I was wanting a New or Used two door Rubicon, but that was very hard to find in my price range. So one day I went to Alabama to look at a used one and on my way back I stopped at Hill Kelly. I had Ashton De Los Santos as my salesman. He did not have a rubicon but had a Sahara 2012 and a used 4 door Rubicon. Also we looked at getting one from down south. Though we could not get any of these to my liking in price until I got a phone yesterday. Ashton called and said he had the deal of my dreams. I respect that he remebered what I was looking for and gave me a call when it arrived. Even with it being a hard vehicle yo find with what I wanted Ashton and his manager Tony Gilbert came through big. And made it entertaining. They gave me the best DEAL and I mean DEAL in a 300 miles radius. People always told me Pensacola was the place to buy a vehicle and they were right. Thank You Ashton and Tony.
