Service Advisor John Moran provided courteous, professional and prompt attention. I had my Passport towed to dealership, John called me after closing hours to advise car had arrived. John called a professional and prompt attention. I had my Passport towed to dealership, John called me after closing hours to advise car had arrived. John called at 7:30am next day for follow-up. John called again to advise I provided a key/fob for Ridgeline instead of Passport (senior moment). Once I provided the Passport fob/key, repairs were completed and car ready by 3:30pm. I have mixed and confused thoughts about them Today I had my 2015 Acura serviced there I was also to have new valve cover gaskets installed. I had paid for these over a year ago I was chi for them when this was to be done when I had my car serviced but they do order the parts before hand even though they have two weeks notice Today I was told I didn't need gasket zand I didn't have a leak I also was told I didn't need new brakes. For the last three or four times I had my car serviced, I was told I did See my confusion. Now by the grace of God, My car has repaired itself More
