Bill Cook came out to speak to me He was so personable and enthusiastic that right a way I liked him, the Corvette was not of interest to me after I looked it over. Bill and I started talking about the CT200h and we went for a test drive and I liked it. When we came back and I saw the red F-sport on the floor I was sold. The over all appearance, cleanliness and amenities were incredible, from the crystal chandelier, huge salt water fish tank, to the massage chairs in the waiting area are, what more could anyone want? Plus there was no pressure, and everyone seemed as nice as Bill. More

I feel time was managed horribly and the whole process took over 5 hours even though we didn't get a presentation on the car, didn't test drive, and didn't negotiate. the dealer also didn't detail the vehicle before delivery and didn't go over features before we left. trade in value was fair, but we are owed a check back for our trade and 24 days later have yet to receive anything because they are waiting for the title so they can cut our check from a floorplan loan on our trade. I feel like the nice building and fancy clothes give the facade of a professional dealership, but seeing the way they handle business leaves a totally different impression. More
