My experience yesterday at Hirlinger Chevrolet was wonderful. I will definately return for future car purchases. It was a very long day but they made it bearable and well worth the while. I contacted them the night before for I was looking at their Inventory online and was interested in test driving a Chevy Cruze. Mike Hirlinger contacted me back right away and showed me what he had in stock for what I was looking for - I told him I could be there this morning - he advised to see Gary for he would be out of office in training until end of day. We showed up and Gary was expecting us. He pulled several options and broke them all down for us so it was easy to see and understand which our best deal was. He even pulled up the very car I ended up purchasing but overlooked on the car lot. He not only looked at all areas I could save money but he and Derek also worked very hard for us to get the best and lowest rate they could find and believe me that was not easy. So customer service was fantastic - everyone was very nice and helpful. I did not feel pressured in any way. Quality of work spoke for itself just in the way they worked to get us a good loan. Friendliness was wonderful. I will definately go back there for my futre car purchases. More
