John Gawaran contacted me promptly, and provided me with some great information right away that allowed me to narrow down the type of Subaru that would work best for me. I was able come in for an appointment, and because of his great attention to detail, he made the car shopping and purchasing process so easy and enjoyable! He knew the Forester so well and took quite a bit of time with us to orient us to the features of the car and setting and synching things. John Zajac. in the Finance Department was also so great to work with. I would have to say that this is the most enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever had. I would definitely recommend John Gawaran at Hodges. More

Patrick Tierney went above and beyond to help put us in the exact kind of vehicle we were looking for. We love our Subaru Impreza Sport. Gas mileage is great and most importantly we feel safe to put our 2 year old daughter in the back seat. The process took a couple of days due to our particular situation; however Patrick and the rest of Hodges staff were patient and understanding to our needs. Loyal Customer Betrayed I was a loyal customer of Hodges. There is an oil consumption issue with my 2011 Forester that has existed for years. No one at Hodges told me about t I was a loyal customer of Hodges. There is an oil consumption issue with my 2011 Forester that has existed for years. No one at Hodges told me about the issue despite the service bulletins on this problem. I used to go out of my way to come to this dealer. Now I feel bitter about coming out of my way to try and get this problem resolved and the service department is not doing what they should to get the problem resolved. The sales rep Danielle Isabell was very easy to work with and when I asked for the best price she could offer I was very pleased with the price presented to me. She did not ever get pushy, answered all of our questions, made a suggestion to test drive the Outback after we drove a Forrester which ended up being the deciding factor for switching from the Forrester to the Outback. She never tried to make up our mind but listened to our needs and made suggestions based on our comments. I highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership and sales person. After several days of driving the Outback is everything I hoped it to be and more. More
