It is very rare to find a car dealership that follows up on all of their promises and commitments, I can unequivocally say that this was the case when It is very rare to find a car dealership that follows up on all of their promises and commitments, I can unequivocally say that this was the case when I visited this location. Everyone was courteous and invested in the consumer even if you were not their sale. My sales rep Raul Becerra gave me his ear and met all of my expectations. The car was being purchased by my wife with myself serving as her liaison, never once did I run into a situation that could not be handled by the staff. Mr. Becerra seemed to be the antithesis of what we as the cosumer would consider to be an auto salesman. He did not promise anything he could not deliver and even informed me that he would take care of all the paperwork until my wife could arrive the following day. It was by far the best auto buying experience I have ever had up to this point. Mr. Becerra is a great asset to the organization and I wish him all the best with his future endeavors. As for the dealership, I highly recommend that you at least swing by and give them a chance to earn your business, I promise you will not be dissapointed. Kudos to Holler Honda. We purchased a Honda Civic hatchback turbo and my wife loves it!!! More
