I recently brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, which initially appeared to go smoothly. However, the following morning, every warning alert on my dashboard was illuminated, prompting an ur change, which initially appeared to go smoothly. However, the following morning, every warning alert on my dashboard was illuminated, prompting an urgent return to the shop. I strongly believe something was not properly reset during the service, which created a significant and untimely inconvenience as I was preparing for my child’s graduation. Additionally, I was told by George that my battery was failing and was pressured to replace it. I immediately sought a second opinion, and it was confirmed that the battery—only two years old—was in good working condition. This experience left me feeling as though I was being taken advantage of, possibly because I am a woman, which is both disappointing and unacceptable. While I’ve typically received quality service in the past, this visit has unfortunately damaged my trust. I left feeling uneasy and disrespected. I sincerely hope others do not have to endure a similar experience. Update: I recently left a negative review (above) regarding my experience, and I wanted to follow up. I was invited to call the general customer service number, but unfortunately, none of the associates I spoke with seemed to know how to assist me. I was then transferred to leave a voicemail, which went unanswered. After several days without a response, I called again and spoke with someone named William. His dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism only reinforced my initial concerns. It was clear from the interaction that customer service is not a priority, and my business is not valued. I noticed a recent google review from another customer describing a very similar experience to mine.
