Appointments are booked when an advisor is available which isn’t synced with the mechanics availability. I had a service light on and it took a week for a mechanical to look at it. I offered to bring my which isn’t synced with the mechanics availability. I had a service light on and it took a week for a mechanical to look at it. I offered to bring my car back when he was available but I was told if the car is not onsite they will not put it in the system. So they paid for a rental car for over a week and tried to charge me for the day over the week because they only authorized a 1 week rental. I protested it wasn’t my fault they accepted the car knowing it would be 4 days before a mechanic could look at it. They waived the charge. The process seems very inefficient. More
