Hands down the worst dealership in South Florida, my dad left his Jeep for service 21 days ago!!! The service manager keeps ghosting us, 0 accountability. I bought a 62k used car took it out of the lot and broke down the first day, towed it back to the dealer, they wanted me to pay 1400$ for starter and coolant issue mind you I just bought this car 4 hours ag down the first day, towed it back to the dealer, they wanted me to pay 1400$ for starter and coolant issue mind you I just bought this car 4 hours ago took it back to the dealer next day morning and the general manager took half of 1400$ I was still shocked! I had to call the bank and cancel the contract… the bank and I called them and they hung up on us Josh didn’t even want to take the call soon as we got hung up the dealer called me saying I don’t have to pay anything! So you rather loose a big sale ??? Next time make sure your cars are ready to be on the lot!!!! Customer service and experience is everything!! I had no car for a whole week lost work money (a starter and a coolant pipe took a week I could’ve done it in 3 hours maybe less…..I didn’t even get a chance to drive the car, since I had to leave the country for the holidays….. the car is still at the dealer since they didn’t care to have the car on time before I left the country !!! worst experience in my life the only thing made it better was the sales man Jonathan that was constantly on the phone with me trying to help my experience as a customer ( general manager was ok since he treated me like every other customer I understand that people may want to take advantage but this wasn’t the case he kinda label me like an idiot uncool treating me as a liar!!!! they need to humble up you never know who will come and buy a car from them I am a nominated music producer !!not your Average customer !! I work hard for my stuff!!! I came to Hollywood Jeep Chrysler because I thought I was going to get treated with the respect I deserve (humble up people you guys rather lose sale because of your lack of leadership!! if you putting a car on the lot make sure is perfectly functional I didn’t buy a Corolla I bought a hellcat before the sale they promised it’s a good car !! I’ve been on the sales game before but I made sure not to give false promises to My customers, since it will cause problems I am not just trying to sale a car but an experience oh and I own a classic cars restoration company by the way… I always make sure cars are perfectly functional I drove them my self !!!! You guys need way more training I’ll be back in a month and I hope my car will not let me down again it’s going to make me mad then I’ll take actions! Your not going to sale me a Limon for 62k when I bought from you guys every care package that you guys have! Not a way to treat me !! After adding 14k on car protection! Ramy More
