Thank you for your feedback. Honestly this is a battle that we are fighting every day and unfortunately we cannot control when the manufacturer can provide parts. Especially with the pandemic, supply chains have become increasingly problematic, as I am sure you have read in the news. We appreciate your business but ask for your empathy in this regard, it is simply out of our control.
