Very disappointed with my first visit. Came in for an oil change and a diagnostic on my air bag light. After 5 hours I called to see if my vehicle was done and it hadn't been started. The oil change was then change and a diagnostic on my air bag light. After 5 hours I called to see if my vehicle was done and it hadn't been started. The oil change was then done and I was called in an hour for pick up. I rescheduled for the next day for the diagnostic and decided to cancel as I found another shop eager to help and not charge the fee of over $100 just to tell me what was wrong. It was fixed and returned to me in less than an hour. Good customer service starts with communication. I had an appointment which was correct as my initial call was on speaker and others hurd the appointment time and day. The service department gave me multiple excuses why the work wasn't completed on time from "an employee needed stitches, to my appointment was on a different day. A courtesy call would have been nice as I wasted the entire afternoon waiting to get my vehicle back. Very unprofessional! More
