My purchase was a comedy of errors from the beginning. At the initial visit my SIGNED contract stated a certain monthly payment with .9% interest only to be followed by a phone call saying a (huge) mistak At the initial visit my SIGNED contract stated a certain monthly payment with .9% interest only to be followed by a phone call saying a (huge) mistake was made. At delivery, another snafus occurred with the interest rate because of he type of loan I chose. "OOPs, we forgot to inform you, sorry." Half of the referral fee promised was sent. They finally did cough up the other half. Numerous phone calls were either not returned or returned many days later stating they had called. Caller ID, anyone? to compensate the poor customer service, a bike rack was promised me for a small cost on my part. When they called to schedule my ROOF bike rack, I was stunned.... I purchased a convertible! Their waas silence on the other end of the phone and I was promised a phone call in a couple of days. 10 days later I They refused to make good on the bike rack that would fit my convertible and sent me a check for a fraction of what the sport link/bike rack would cost. More

When I called on a Saturday afternoon to explain the problem I was having, they were able to schedule me for a vist immediately. I worked with Isaac Crum, who was incredibly helpful. Isaac was very professional, courteous, and sincerely concerned with meeting my needs. I have referred 5 people over to this dealership because of their excellent service and sales force. In my opinion this is also credited to their leadership force. Steve Moore is the Manager of the dealership and I have also had the opportunity to interact with him. After interacting with Mr. Moore it is clear to me why his team performs the way they do, he is a role model for them. More

So awesome in fact, that there is a MINI Dealer being built 3 miles from from home (Princeton is about 40 miles from me) and although I will probably get my vehicle serviced at the closer location, I will make the trip back to Diana when its time to get a new MINI!
