Honda Cars of Boston pulled my credit through Experian, Equifax and probably TransUnion on January 30, 2013 without my permission. I gave the business ample time to fix the issue, and the credit inquiries remain on my reports. They have no signed documents from me giving them permission; it was a rogue sales representative who acted on his own. At first they defended him, but once they got the facts, they realized that this individual was in the wrong. I found this very unsettling business practices.

John Fitzpatrick greeted me as I pulled into the yard, showed me a CR-V I was interested and he brought all the facts that I needed and knew them right off the top of his head. No-pressure sales kind of guy, which was very relaxing experience for me. He was efficient and friendly and very helpful navigating the purchase process. I got a very good deal on a CRV and highly recommend this dealership, they have also given me good repair service too never one issue with them, and great communication / customer service skills all. Joe (used car inventory) also gets a nod very helpful low pressure kind of guy. Great looking open style showroom. Thanks for the great deal I'll enjoy the newer CRV for years to come, I'm certain.

John Fitzpatrick goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. I was looking for a specific color CRV and John found one for me within 24 hours and took care of all the paperwork so I could drive it off the lot the very next day! Once you have dealt with John he doesn't forget you. I have received phone calls at my home on the anniversary date of leasing my car as well as holidays. Also John phones to remind me when an oil change is due. I had a question about the Guidepoint system in my car, I called John and he answered my question immediately. I feel like I have a friend at the dealership!

By far a pleasant experience and glad to have once again have the opportunity to do business with John Fitz (my 4th car) and sit with Frank Diaz who did a great job expediting the necessary paper-work.

I had the best experience buying my new Honda Accord at Honda Car of Boston. John Fitzpatrick was one of the best sales rep. I ever encountered. He was very knowledgable, easy to get along with and didn't pressure me, like dealers are known to do. I would definitely recommend him to any of my family or friends. As a women I was very apprehensive about entering a dealership with little prior knowledge about purchasing a new vehicle.. To my astonishment, Ben alleviated all my concerns. There was no pressure. He even permitted me to test drive the car to retrieve my son at daycare and encouraged me to think it over, and I could walk away anytime. The staff was amazing. While waiting I spoke with several members of the sales team and they encouraged me to get what I can afford and what I was comfortable with the monthly payment, color, and price.. When do you ever hear a sales person ask if you are happy and sure about your decision.. Feel free to change your mind? NEVER! Ben thanks to you and your colleagues for treating me with respect and not attempting to pressure me into purchasing a vehicle that I really didn't need!

I applaud Honda Cars of Boston for having "Steve Whelan" as their Service Manager. He not only was aware of my concerns from past issues that he went above and beyond and kept me informed from the beginning to the end, including having my car delivered to my doorstep, now that is outstanding Customer Service. I was impressed and wish more companys were like that, I hope Honda Cars of Boston realizes what a valuable employee he is. I have bought many cars from here and I assure you I will always tell people to go to Honda Cars of Boston in Everett, MA, they care about their customers and appreciate them.
