My Review of Honda Cars of Corona:
My husband and I had been looking for a diesel truck for about 6 weeks we had been to almost every dealer lot in our hometown SD, then headed to Fontana/LA county with no luck, and then finally we had spotted a truck at the Honda dealership in Cororna. We had called about 20 min prior to coming letting them know we wanted to take a look at the diesel they had {we had spoken to Mike on the phone in sales, super cool guy}. Upon our arrival the truck was already waiting for us in the front of the dealership, which was awesome seeing how we had our 3 kids with us and had driven about 2 hours lol. My husband and our sales associate {Pervez Azmat} went for a test drive, and then I went to see if i liked it. We did like it, Pervez was far from the typical pushy salesman, he was very pleasant let my husband check out every inch of the truck without bugging us if we liked it or not ya know the usual pushy stuff. We decided to take the truck, Pervez was very pleasant when working with us and very up-front with everything which we really appreciated. We had came across the sales manager Robert who is also awesome! You can definately see why all their sales associates are all very pleasant to be around they have a great example as a sales manager! My husband and I truly enjoyed talking to him.

I ended up having to make a trip back to the dealership the following Monday because the radio didn't work, I would also give a thumbs up to ALL of their service and sales department, I was informed about everything that was going on with our truck as soon as they knew what was going on, and was out as soon as they where done. I would recommend this dealership to everyone, it truly was a painless almost enjoyable car buying experiance for the 1st time in our lives!! Everyone at Honda of Cororna is extremely freindly and kind even if you just passing by! Best of luck to you all, your wonderful!!

My Review of Honda Cars of Corona:
DON'T EVER COME HERE TO BUY A USED CAR!!!! Nothing but trouble from these people. I have only had the car 7 months and the check engine light has come on over 2 times, I have been back to the dealership on more than 10 occasions with this piece of crap car they sold me. Not only do I have car trouble, I had nothing but problems trying to get my liscense plates and registration from them. OVERALL THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. IF THEY DID THEY WOULD FIX THE CAR THE SOLD ME AND HONOR THE WARRANTY. I HAVE TALKED TILL MY FACE WAS BLUE TO THEM AND NO ONE CARES ABOUT HOW I HAVE BEEN TREATED .AND IF THEY WERE SO GOOD WHY DO THEY HAVE 17 COMPLAINTS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU??

It was a pleasure to work with Mr Singh in the internet sales department. He far exceeded my expectations. I bought a civic a little over a year ago and didn't have a good experience, but they got it right the second time around.

My Review of Honda Cars of Corona:
This is the third Honda that we have purchased or leased from Honda Cars of Corona.

During our last two purchases/leases we have had the opportunity to meet and deal with MJ Singh, Internet Sales Consultant and Andres Campos, Finance. MJ and Andres are terrific. Our experiences with them have always been very friendly, pleasant and informative. Both are excellent representatives of your dealership. They are respectful, kind and considerate. MJ and Andres answer all of our questions in a clear and straight forward manner. They were so helpful in facilitating our "decision making" process in our latest purchase. That made the entire experience "stress-free" and very enjoyable. We have always left Honda Cars of Corona with the feeling of being treated as "valued" customers. Without hesitation, we would recommend MJ and Andres to anyone who is interested in purchasing/leasing a vehicle from you.

Also, the Service Department and its' representatives provide an excellent product to customers. We always take our Hondas to you for service. During that time we have established a great working relationship with Mike Stevenson. When we bring our vehicles to Honda Cars of Corona, Mike is always there to make sure our service needs are met in a "timely" and "high quality" manner. He is a very knowledgable employee and treats us extremely well. Mike takes wonderful care of our cars and of us.

We consider MJ, Andres and Mike as "highly-valued employees" and an integral part of the great team at Honda Cars of Corona. We look forward to a long relationship with each of them.

My Review of Honda Cars of Corona:
I purchased a Honda Accord from Honda Cars of Corona and I have to speak about the excellent customer service I received from MJ Singh. From the start, MJ was attentive, professional, and very accommodating towards my specific needs. I originally secured financing with my credit union, however, the purchase took place on a Saturday and my credit union was not open to close the deal. On Monday I found out my credit union quoted the wrong information and it put me in a terrible bind because I thought my financing was secured along with my trade in. From the beginning MJ touted the benefits of financing through Honda Corporation, but I was adamant about financing through my credit union. After realizing the credit union deal wasn’t my best option, MJ took the lead and did everything he could to secure financing with Honda Corporation while addressing my personal finance needs. Not only did he solve my financial dilemma, he got me an excellent rate for the loan through Honda Motors Corporation. I am very happy to have encountered MJ and his sense of customer satisfaction is to be commended! I would recommend him to anyone who purchases a car at Honda Cars of Corona!

You're welcome! The decision to purchase our new vehicle at your dealership was in due part of the diligence, persistence (not pushy), product knowledge, friendliness, sincerity, professionalism, and personal service that Mr. MJ Singh provided me, my husband, and family yesterday.

We live in the city of West Covina , CA and have over 15 car dealerships next to us. Driving 29 miles to purchase a car from your dealership demonstrates the appreciation of personal service that Mr. Singh provided us.

In addition, while at your dealership, my brother needed to attend mass and needed to know if there were any local Catholic churches that he may be able to go to while we were purchasing the car. Without hesitation or the reaction of "that's not my job attitude," Mr. Singh quickly searched on the internet and found a local church to satisfy my brother's request- WOW!!! That is going above and beyond! Thank you MJ!!!

Because of the personal service we received from Mr. Singh and the ease that Mr. Andreas Bonifacio provided us while signing many forms, we will be back and would be comfortable in referring customers to your dealership. Lastly, I wanted to mention that the 2007 Honda Accord EXL-V6 was a good purchase.

My Review of Honda Cars of Corona:
I had an appointment at 7 AM on a Saturday (when they opened). I arrived at 7 am and was greeted by a very nice representative, Michael. He told me it would probably take about 1-11/2 hours. I then made my way to the waiting area. I sat and sat and then went to the computers provided for customers use. I could not log on and tried to get some help. No one seemed to know what the problem was. They said, when our I.T. guy gets here he'll fix it. (I had hoped I'd be gone before he got there.) I went on to the sales floor out of boredom and looked at the new cars. All of them were locked,,,yep, on the sales floor inside the building...cars locked...I mentioned it to the sales manager (or someone in his seat) and he just nodded...nothing was done. Oh well...I didn't get the new car smell on my mind. In the mean time...several people had been called to the cashier to get their keys. Most appeared to have hefty repair bills to pay. I had purchased their service contract and therefore I had free maintenance. I waited and waited...finally I asked...
"Oh it's been sitting here for a while ready to go"...This is Saturday! I like to do fun things on Saturday not sit for 2+ hours for an oil change to find that they just didn't bother to let me know it was ready! ARGH. Mike was appologetic, but I definitely feel because I wasn't a "paying customer" my business was no longer valued. So my warning to you.......DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICE CONTRACT....Your better off heading to Orange County and have Weir Canyon Honda work on your vehicle if you must have dealer service.

From beginning to end this was by far the best and easiest experience we have ever had buying a car. Everyone was very professional, knew their product and made us feel that we were the only people that mattered to them at that moment.
