Hello ,I regret to infrom you that I had the worst experience ever with your dealer repair shop. I brought my car for repair and left it with Leo. i change my clutch on 5speed mt. and then the engine experience ever with your dealer repair shop. I brought my car for repair and left it with Leo. i change my clutch on 5speed mt. and then the engine was not working proparly imean the rpm are uneven and also when i acceleret the gas pedal some times somting stops the engine at 4rpm or gos all the way . next problem engine stops specialy when i get out from the hwy engyne stops becose the RPM are too low . the machanic explaine because i got some sensor problems or the main computer need uograde. he can't check the computer cose its not honda dealer.and they can only upgrade it. whitdout chenging. As a result, my car is not running smoothly, my engine stops, my speeding meter is off, and the check engine light is on. I brought my car to an independent dealer, after I brought it back to Leo and he kept it on site for 7 days lying to me the problem was fixed, for a check up. This problem needs to be resoleved immediatelly, otherwise I will look for a different resolution. A complaint has been filed with the Better customer bearou and I will need to contact my lawyer if an action is not taken from you ASAP. My ph number is 773 319 4687. My name is Kristyan Dragomirov. After searching all over for an used Honda Civic. I found one that "just" came in on trade according to WINDY CITY HONDA". I was reluctant to buy a city car from a city dealer, but after being assured that t one that "just" came in on trade according to WINDY CITY HONDA". I was reluctant to buy a city car from a city dealer, but after being assured that the car was one owner with low miles, plus passed a 150 pt. inspection. I purchased the vvehicle from Gonzo. On the drive home the check engine light came on and remained on. Windy City claimed that it was just a faulty sensor. After two return visits, Windy City advised that I needed a new transmission!!!!!! The car has 60,000miles. Honda has been of no help. One rep. stated that the car is an old car what do you expect. I will continue to fight this matter. Shouldn't Honda assist me? I contacted them on the first day that I bought the car from one of their dealers!! Shouldn't the dealer be responsible from selling a bad car? I could have gone to a lot and found a car with transmission problems. I will buy a Toyota next. NEVER, NEVER BUY FROM WINDY CITY HONDA. THEIR TACTICS ARE CRIMINAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
