We ended trading 2 cars & left with 2 new one's at a lot better price than Johnson City Honda & this was after being a loyal customer for over 10 yrs. It has been many years since I first dealt with Honda Kingsport. They use to have two computers that customer's could use during service work, they don't have them anymore & they use to have snacks for the customers in the waiting room. When they detail your vehicle after the sale, it could be done better. Outside of vehicle was still dirty in places & 1/2 of the front windshield was smeared during cleaning. Was not too happy about this. Overall, you will have a excellent deal using HONDA KINGSPORT. More
