This was our 3rd Honda purchase from John Smith and it was every bit as amazing as the previous sales. I was unsure what vehicle I wanted to go with this time and John took the time to let me check out every model that fit into what we were looking for. Go To Honda Kingsport for a DEAL!!! David Meredith, an internet sales consultant at Honda Kingsport is one of the best salesman I have had the pleasure to work with. He's very knowledgeable about the Honda products that they carry. He cares about you as a person. We ended trading 2 cars & left with 2 new one's at a lot better price than Johnson City Honda & this was after being a loyal customer for over 10 yrs. It has been many years since I first dealt with Honda Kingsport. They use to have two computers that customer's could use during service work, they don't have them anymore & they use to have snacks for the customers in the waiting room. When they detail your vehicle after the sale, it could be done better. Outside of vehicle was still dirty in places & 1/2 of the front windshield was smeared during cleaning. Was not too happy about this. Overall, you will have a excellent deal using HONDA KINGSPORT. More

They were also very honest, never deceived me with information, and made sure that they gave me the best deal possible. I chose specific civic that was difficult to get and this was my experience over a four week period. More

Not only have I been extremely pleased with the automobile, I have been equally pleased with the service department and the sales/administrative staff. They are all first class, willing to assist in any way I need help. I have just purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot. The experience has been just as I hoped it would be- expedient and friendly with no gimmicks or hyperbole.
