Revisited for several free oil changes/tire rotations after purchase of new Ridgeline in 2022. Last time they tried to charge me, I had to refuse and refer to manager, this time they offered my free work after purchase of new Ridgeline in 2022. Last time they tried to charge me, I had to refuse and refer to manager, this time they offered my free work from their data screen, said it expired Feb 2025. Fair enough. But got home a half hour away, and the tail gate wouldn’t open- had to get out manual, lay on ground to unlock emergency latch. Glad I’m still a fit 72 year old. More

We bought a 2016 Honda Pilot in Feb 24 with 80,000 miles on it. The dealership said the car was certified by Honda under the Honda True program and then offered a limited mileage warranty with that certific on it. On Friday three months after purchase the Transmission blew up and we are 1000 miles outside that mileage warranty and now faced with paying 8k for a new transmission. More
