Time was not on my side to get things accomplished. Kyle did a great job helping me find a vehicle that met my expectations, and was mindful of my time constraints. The service department is always extremely busy. Even when you have an appointment the wait tends to be very long. Communication and updates have decreased and seem to be done via text or phone even Even when you have an appointment the wait tends to be very long. Communication and updates have decreased and seem to be done via text or phone even when you are waiting on the vehicle - which seems odd. We used to drop off the car and leave. We found we would never receive updates in that situation. Now we wait at the dealership during the appointment but I’m finding communication is becoming just as dissatisfactory. The other issue is I paid for a part to be ordered that I was told would arrive on the weekend and would be contacted. I still have yet to hear anything. Considering the dealership provides a service you’d think they would focus on providing better service. More
