Came to the honda dealership to find a good reliable car to take back to Connecticut. I bought a 2019 subaru crosstrek to drive back thinking it was a good reliable car. However, not even 45 minutes after l to take back to Connecticut. I bought a 2019 subaru crosstrek to drive back thinking it was a good reliable car. However, not even 45 minutes after leaving to go to Connecticut the car started malfunctioning only 5 days after purchasing here. We had to turn back around and bring it back to the dealership so they could take a look at it. It will cost me around 2k to get the car fixed. The car is undriveable due to hazardous/safety concerns. They are deceptive and do not care to correct their mistakes. I avoided facebook market place and other sellers to not have this happen to me but it turns out you dont get quality vehicles here anyways. BEWARE before purchasing here. I am not a big person on leaving reviews but I want to save someone from having to go through the same troubles I went through. AVOID AVOID AVOID. More

The car has been nothing but trouble and after spending over 2000.00 on it had to take another 2000.00 loss trading it off. Water leaking into the trunk blown speakers and was nothing but trouble. I finally got the check after him having someone bring it to my house. They should be ashamed knowing I’m disabled and on disability. Stay clear. I never seen a place as unprofessional in my entire life. Now stuck with a vehicle I can barely afford. More

You called the night before I was to pick up the car up out of state. You met their deal. Romeo is the greatest, he got me what I wanted, was very polite, helped me with all my needs. I met the financial & service manager all of them were super nice. If you decide to buy go to Morristown Honda and be sure to ask for Romeo he's the best. Thank you Romeo & Morristown Honda. More
Very unhappy with the truck I bought and their customer service is just as bad. Within 48 hours of owning it I wanted rid of it. I purchased a used car that burns oil from this dealership, they charged me for 3 oil changes and almost 4000.00 for a warranty, limited in miles. Between this dealer and morristown chevrolet they proceeded to put me off until the warranty was almost expired. So now I've been paying for a car that has been getting the motor repaired, not replaced for over a month now. Now I'm paying for a car that I haven't had, and they never even offered to hepl with a rental car. I am sure they knew that motor was bad when they sold that car to me, now im struggling to pay for a rental car and still make my car payment. This is bad business, any way you look at it. More

It was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. All 3 times went the same. Friendly, respectful, caring, fast, and great follow up. I was in and out in no time, which means a lot to me because I have a family to be with. All vehicles are doing great and I honestly cant wait to buy again.If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I’ve been coming to this dealer for at least 4 years now. I probably wouldn’t be coming here if they weren’t so close to me. They always have terrible wait times for simple things like oil changes. The techs never seem to know what they are doing, or what is wrong or right with a vehicle. The management is nice but they also just seem to be always apologizing to the customer for the amount of inconveniences they’ve presented us with. More
Run don’t walk away from this dealership. My grandson purchased a car about 3 weeks ago and a week later it broke down on the highway. Towed it to a Honda Dealership in Knoxville. They said there was too many things wrong with it to fix it. Morristown Honda put him in another Honda and he took it back the next day. Paying 47,000 for a 22 Civic. They added on 12,000 from the broken down civic to the loan. They have his broke down civic and won’t fix it. The general manager is dodging his phone calls. Time to get a lawyer. More
Drive the extra and go somewhere else, you won't regret it, I promise. Paid 2 payments on my car and it went into the shop costed me 1,200.00 for something that was messed up when it was sold to me. I would drive 4 hours away before I would ever deal with Honda Morristown again. Now, the service department is amazing, the service manager was helpful and so kind. More
