Dealing with Honda West was the easiest, most straightforward, and no-gimmicks experience I have ever had in buying a new vehicle. I am a business owner (President and CEO, PowerPolymer Solutions straightforward, and no-gimmicks experience I have ever had in buying a new vehicle. I am a business owner (President and CEO, PowerPolymer Solutions, LLC) and work a ton of hours; I don’t have time to deal with trying to uncover hidden dealer fees and add-ons, misdirections, or inconsistencies that we all fear when thinking about the buying-a-new-car experience. I began my discussions with Honda West’s sales team entirely online (Mirna was absolutely phenomenal, punctual, and always very thorough and detail-oriented) and then via texting. Their online sales team is also available after normal business hours. I then finished my discussions with Jilmar (who was equally incredible to work with, professional, and extremely quick to respond) with a couple of easy phone calls and texting to tidy things up, and I was literally done. At the end of this hassle-free experience, I got an incredible deal, experienced no stress, and didn’t miss a beat with my business as I was able to continue working my hours while I simply sent / replied to texts to/ from Mirna or Jilmar at my convenience. When I finally went in to complete my purchase in-person, their finance team (Bolun) was equally kind, affable, professional, and easy to work with. The financial figures were exactly as I had agreed with the sales team (Mirna and Jilmar); Bolun had the paperwork ready to sign; and after I did my walk-around the vehicle to check everything out, I was driving off with my brand new Honda Civic Sport Hybrid Sedan (at 50 mph and 200 horsepower). I went into Honda West looking at a specific vehicle. I was prepared with my trade in value and the value of comparable cars in the immedicate area. My saleman was Randy and he did a very good job. When it came to money again I was prepared. I wanted to pay cash. Everyone I dealt with was very accomoidating.. They of course wanted to add a few extra charges like all dealerships but I was able to say no on some and others I accepted. The process of the entire time was a few hours. The next day I wanted to remove an item on the car that I changed my mind about. I went to the dealer and spoke with James, used car manager. I was very calm and ready to eat the extra cost but he was most accomidating and said they would remove the item and refund the charge for it. Well that was unexpected but it did happen. All in all it took only about four hours to drive away in my preowned vehicle. I do believe they were happy with the deal and I was too. My experience there was really five stars. More
