I have been a Honda girl my whole life. I have used Honda of Cleveland multiple times for purchases and service and never had an issue. On 12/29/21 I scheduled an oil change, my car was flashing A16, and I n of Cleveland multiple times for purchases and service and never had an issue. On 12/29/21 I scheduled an oil change, my car was flashing A16, and I needed them to check my alignment. Backing tracking just a bit, my vehicle has been pulling to the right since I bought it in 2020. At my first oil change I asked them to check out the alignment, they said they did, and found nothing wrong. So back to this appt., after having my car a few hours Roger calls me to tell me that the reason my car was pulling was not necessarily my alignment being off but that it was because my tires were so bad. He also suggested that I must have hit something to help aid this problem. So back tracking a bit more, about three months prior to this appt I had my oil changed and tires rotated and nothing was said about my tires having wear on them?? They checked out fine. I am no car technician but you would think if my tires were bad enough that they were requesting I replace them on 12/29 that they would have shown some signs of wear three months ago?? So with all of this being said my service appt that I was planning to be somewhere around $200.00 turned into a $1500.00 appt. My frustration isn't from having to buy the new tires, that's just part of owning a car, it's the fact that I feel like the purchase could have been prevented had they found the problem when I first had them take a look. More

I will start by saying I went to have my 2016 Honda Civics air refueled. They couldn’t fill my car with freon and said the air condenser was leaking. They informed me of the extended warranty that Hond Civics air refueled. They couldn’t fill my car with freon and said the air condenser was leaking. They informed me of the extended warranty that Honda had placed on condensers for 2016-2019 models. I contacted Honda Motor Company and was advised to take it to a Honda Dealership. So I took it to Honda of Cleveland. I was informed that my condenser had road hazard damage and wasn’t covered along with a bad compressor. The estimated cost was $2700. So I picked my car up and took it to another certified mechanic hoping to get my car fixed at a cheaper rate. I was then informed the only thing wrong with the condenser is corrosion which is why Honda Motor company extended the warranty on this model. There is absolute no road hazard issue of any kind. Also my compressor isn’t bad either. So now I have had 2 mechanics verify this. I contacted Honda Motor Company with my documented proof and now they are agreeing to cover my confessor under the warranty. More

We found the CRV (which was the model we planned to purchase) and it was in great shape, had all the features we wanted and the price was right, so we decided to speak with someone!
