This is our second car purchased from Tom over 5-6 years and we will keep coming back. Tom truly looks out for your best interest. He will find out what your wants and needs are and will go above and beyond to deliver what your looking for and for a great deal. He was great with our kids every visit and we always felt at home (kudos to the dealership as well - top notch). Closing the deal and signing the paperwork was by far the most stress-free experience I have ever seen when purchasing a car. I don't know if Tom set it up that way or if it's standard for the dealership, but Anthony explained everything and made sure the process was smooth. Absolutely no attempted add-ons, not one! I've been truly frustrated by the high pressure at other dealerships during the final paperwork stages and was really dreading it. But nothing to worry about! Brought car in to get A/C fixed, came out needing new engine Were good in my book until I took my car to get the A/C fixed. All that needed to be replaced was the coil in my compressor. When I get my car back the A/C is back working at first. Car is driving funny, not taking off how it was before. Later in the day the A/C is blowing room temperature air even when set on low. I notice some smoke coming from under my hood. When I go to crank my car up later on the engines starts rumbling and it's still smoking. Now the next day (today) I'm driving my car back to the Honda shop and on the way the smoke gets even crazier and my engine light comes on along with the VSA lights. And now I'm being told I have to pay for A WHOLE NEW ENGINE! They're telling me that somehow my radiator overheated which caused my head gasket to blow. They told me I need to pay $3900 in order to get my car fixed. This is a scam on a young college student. I'm disappointed and I feel like I got played. More
