Once we arrived, we met Larry Fowler and told him exactly what we were looking for and he found the perfect car.....the first car he showed us. And, that is not easy to do when buying a pre-owned vehicle. The icing on the cake was that he was able to match the price we needed, too! He answered all our questions, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It was at the end of the business day on a Sunday and past closing time. Larry and Todd King (Business Manager) never once acted inconvenienced because they had to stay almost 2 hours late in order to finish our paperwork.....that is excellent customer service! When we were having difficulty setting up our Bluetooth, Austin Miller, Product Specialist, got in the car and easily fixed the problem in no time at all! We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and our new friend, Larry! They will definitely get our return business!!! More

All this changed with Perry! He took his time to really find me a car within my budget and went through EVERY car on the list with me. He got the car off a completely different lot, made jokes to keep the mood light and made my overall experience an enjoyable one. He explained every step of the process and really worked around my needs rather than making me feel uncomfortable and trying to get me to buy something I wasn't satisfied with. Thanks Perry I love my new Jetta! I have already recommended this dealership to several of my friends! Thanks everyone.
