Got the 2016 Pilot that I wanted!! We were in the market for a 2016 Pilot EX-L with Navi. We researched many dealers in Charlotte, NC, but no one seemed to have one. We went into Honda of Concord on Saturday, March 12. The dealership was extremely busy, people were buying cars left and right! We were told that they didn't have that specific car, but they'd have a Black Forest Pearl color being delivered in about a week. We grabbed it, though we really wanted White, because we were told they probably wouldn't have another for quite some time. That is the same story we got from all area dealerships. We waited a long time for the finance team to come get us, and after 5 hours, we told them we had to leave, but could come back the next day to finish signing. They apologized a million times, but we said we understood--they were very busy, and of course we didn't hold that against them! Rosalee treated us like we were old friends--very good communication, easy-going manner. Really enjoyed her!! David Fogg was the same way--he assured us that we were getting a great deal, and we feel as if we did. We appreciate all of his efforts, and the excellent trade-in that he gave us on our old Pilot. David Feingold was professional and we appreciate that he understood when we had to leave without completing paperwork, so we could attend an event for one of our kids. Next day, finished everything up in 20 minutes (they were 100% prepared and ready for us!), and out the door. The car was delivered earlier than expected, and the Delivery process was wonderful. Austin showed me how to use the technology and familiarized me with the vehicle. I appreciate the time he took, not rushed, answering all of my questions. The car was spotless and ready to drive off! We have bought our last 6 cars from Priority Honda Huntersville, and though we never had any problems with them, they can't begin to compare with the awesome 5-star service we received at Honda of Concord!!!!!! Can't wait to see how the service experience compares with Priority when it's time to bring our car in for periodic maintenance! Thanks to all! More

Exceptional Customer Service We were in the market for a mid-size SUV with optional 3rd row seating and the 2016 Honda Pilot was the last vehicle we decided to look at. Having Kirsten Larsen assist us from the moment we arrived and taking us out on the test drive (along with her responsiveness to our questions the next day) pretty much solidified our decision. Kirsten's demeanor was extremely pleasant and answered all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and clearly articulated the wide range of features the Honda Sensing package provides, which was the key selling point for us in deciding to purchase the Pilot. By no fault of her own Kristen had to leave due to completely understandable circumstances, which forced Chris Cook to take over and assist us in completing the sale. Taking into account the lack of prior knowledge of the negotiation (and being thrown into the deep end), Chris jumped in and performed admirably while also providing the same level of exceptional customer service as Kirsten. We have no doubt that we would have made the same decision to purchase if Chris had assisted us from the moment we arrived. From that point on our experience at the dealership was exceptional: no pushy sales associates, friendly sales managers, and very helpful finance managers. We even had a slight discrepancy in the sale price of the car that was quickly corrected by the sales manager, who was very apologetic about the mix up. Overall our experience was second to none, which is a sharp contrast from the previous level of customer service we received the day before at a competing brand's dealership. I would highly recommend Honda of Concord to anyone in the market for a new vehicle and look forward to returning to this location regularly for the servicing of our new Honda Pilot. More

He was honestly the main reason I came back to buy the car. I was looking at a couple of other cars in the area and the way he treated me, his customer service, and the fact that he was just a fun guy to go on a drive with really stood out. He was not pushy with the sale and knew I was looking at other vehicles but he made sure he followed up and checked in with me. David on the finance side and I went back and forth and I was not too excited about the 84 months vs 72 which I had originally thought I was getting but we came to an agreement and he was able to help me with the pricing on of their additional services to get me to where I needed to be. More

The sales person was 100% honest with me and made me feel like we were both looking for a car, not I had an amazing experience with Honda of Concord. She was very caring and stayed several hours after she was supposed to be off duty, just to help me after we talked to the finance people. Finance however, was just a little less enjoyable. He was fun and active, until we got to the add-ons for the car. He started being a little pushy after I told him what I did and didn't want, but he kept pushing me to get some add on features. Besides finance being a little but pushy, I had an amazing time at this dealership, and would highly recommend any to go to them; just know what you want from finance and don't let them convince you that you need more. More
