Used Car Purchase Well where to start. First, I don't usually write reviews. Second I was not paid to write this. Third, my experience with Honda of Concord has been ex Well where to start. First, I don't usually write reviews. Second I was not paid to write this. Third, my experience with Honda of Concord has been extraordinary, especially with my dealings with Chris Cook and Phil Rundo. My wife and I were viewing a used car website and happened upon a 2013 Accord Coupe listed with Concord Honda. Unfortunately we live in the Clemson area of SC and the dealership is in Concord NC. Price viewed was at least reasonable enough have me make contact via internet. Phil was our initial contact. Very patient and straight forward as to answering my questions. I explained that the car buying process with me through them was going to be problematical due to the distance and I didn't want to drive all the way up, view, test drive and negotiate without some indication that we were going to be close enough in the details to warrant such a drive. Phil responded that he could have the car driven down for us to inspect and test drive before we signed anything. If we didn't like it, they would take it back, no questions. That sounded very appealing but I assumed it would be in a day or so. Nope, he would have it driven down that afternoon if some of the details could be worked out ahead of time. They were and good to his word, he had Chris Cook drive it all the way from NC...a good 2 hour or so one-way-drive. He did not arrive until about 10:00 that evening. My wife and I viewed the car and took it for a test drive. No surprises with what was advertised. Chris was phenomenal not only in the sense that he drove the car down that late in the day, but after all that he was very patient with us with the questions, test drive and filling out the paperwork. A true professional in every way. The surprising part was that he was going to turn around and drive my trade in back that same night, and then report to work the next day...realistically a few hours after he returned I'm guessing. The only downside to this type of process was that the paperwork you'd usually walk out of the dealership with in person will need to be sent back to you after the dealership gets through with it. However if that part of the process goes as smoothly as the front end, and I'm assuming it will, in the future the first place I'll be looking for a car will be through Concord Honda and specifically with Phil and Chris. Again excellent work gentleman. You went the extra mile and my wife and I appreciate it. More

She was so organized that I only spent 1.5 hours away from work to sign and drive away in our purchase. Most of the process was done electronically so that really helped a huge deal.
