I came in looking at much older model mini vans with 100,000 miles or more online. Tim was willing to listen to not only my needs, but he was so kind & sweet with my 9yr daughter. We spent about 6hrs in total at the dealership. Most with my daughter & myself being entertained while we test drove vans. Tim was able to get me in a van I loved with 1/2 the milage of the vans I had seen online. I got a great deal & would recommend anyone to go to Tim for help buying a car. He is great with children and very knowledgeable about his vehicles. I will definitely look him up when I'm ready for another vehicle. More

Les Steele business manager took care of all paper work. Good company to deal with. Weston Furr product Specialist was knowable and great explaining a new cars features to us. Chad Terry in Service Department was a great help with helping with tire pressure monitor on car and explaining how it works. Overall a great shopping experience. Hendricks should be proud of a great team!!! More

Excellent Service Under Extenuating Circumstances Honda of Concord was recommended when my daughter decided that she wanted a Honda CRV.
