My car was absolutely destroyed and the only place I could think to go was Honda of Denton. They're just so reliable and actually take care of you, it's nice to feel valued as a customer. My CRV was driving fine when suddenly all the warnings started flashing on the dashboard. The intake person said the car was in terrible shape and required a diagnostic. So, I paid $200 at the Denton Hond started flashing on the dashboard. The intake person said the car was in terrible shape and required a diagnostic. So, I paid $200 at the Denton Honda Dealership for a diagnostic. After the diagnostic, they said the car needed an additional $2000. repair said shouldn't be driven. I take very good care of my car. I suspected it was something with a sensor or small electrical wiring and decided to go for a second opinion to another reputable mechanic who fixed it for $344 and did not charge for a diagnostic. The car is driving perfectly since. Not only did Honda of Denton rob me of $200 and claim they ran a diagnostic, but worse they almost ripped me off another $2000. This is taking advantage of the elderly and senior citizen customers who place their trust in the dealership. They thought I'd accept whatever they said. Stay away from this dealership evidently, they can't be trusted. . More

I must say the experience was not Bad but terrible My salesman was Clay who did his best and was kind and more than willing to help. However i want to place on records the others Jonathan the finance guy was extreme Rude and not pleasant to deal with. Absolute zero percent customer Service and was not at all Helpful. He was Rude to the core. In fact after making all the payments and i was about to leave he came to me and asked sir YOU OWE me 45 cents and i pay complete payment of 19700$. I've never experienced that in my life time. I'm Asian and i felt vert very insulted and it was not my mistake of not putting the correct amount. Next was Katelyn who came to negotiate and i must say i was respectful to a large extend. When i asked her to give a number between 19750 to 19500 and i won negotiate she knocked off 50$ only and i accepted it and i felt that was really not cool and i really don't know what i said she was not so pleasant to deal with. Ahmad at least had a smile on his face while he was taking all the shots but would have been helpful if i dealt with him earlier and i would not wasted 4-5 hours. Basic rule i know you cannot accommodate all our request but at least be compassionate and kindly to say no to things. This saturday i was told that they will do the best to deliver the vehicle to my house and guess what Monday i get a call saying that i will have to pay for the Uber return charge which i was sure they would come back on that. Seriously is this how to treat a customer and that too after paying everything at one shot well how many people do that i'm not sure. Well finally Ahmad the main guy called me and said vehicle will be delivered and you dont have to pay for it. Honestly i jsut wish i did not go with this deal and infact asked Ahmad if he can return the money. I kindly request if anyone is reading this review Please please don't go to this place. Forget buying the car you will be insulted to the core specially if your a Asian I'm sorry i have to say this. On the whole very very bad experience i regret why i went there. If anyone is reading i kindly request you to take leaf out and work on the customer service. Very very disappointed More

He found the perfect vehicle for my wife and I. Hunter was very patient with my wife and l . He did not do all the talking, but did listen to our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was very respectful of our time and needs. I would recommend Hunter as the salesperson to anyone that visits the dealership looking to gather information and doesn’t want to deal with a pushy salesperson. If you are looking for a knowledgeable salesperson that knows their product, will listen first and ask questions later, Hunter is your man. Thank you Hunter for a pleasant car purchasing experience.
