Back when I was recovering from a tough life situation, he found a way to get me into a car I could afford & helped me make a plan for rebuilding my credit. A couple years later, I upgraded into a Fit, which I really liked & met my needs, despite still having less-than-stellar credit & a higher interest rate. But we had a plan, and I stuck with it. Finally, there was a seemingly magical convergence of many things: my credit rating improved, interest rates dropped, and the resale value of my Fit was high (of course, because Hondas hold their value!) James found me a sweet deal on a CRV with a custom Katskin leather package, special financing, and a great monthly payment. But it's more than just the numbers - James makes buying & caring for my car fun! He is always genuinely glad to see me, makes sure we're taken care of for routine maintenance, and makes me feel like royalty on every visit. My first time purchase from Zack and the crew at Honda of Fayetteville was painless. I recently traded in my Ram Laramie 1500 pick up for an Accord. It was a two week affair that culminated to the pleasant purchase. At first, I did not get the pricing and trade needed for me to make the change. After working with Zack and management, they were able to work the pricing to accommodate my needs. I took advantage to several, yes, several test rides to ascertain the knowledge to choose the 4 or 6 cylinder model. Zack was very knowledgeable and assisted with listing the pros and cons of each model. He was able to add some of his first hand insight as well. Also, both Jory and Colby added to the great experience. Jory gave me phenomenal service with the financing side. Colby knew the product thoroughly and was able to speak the options to a dialect I was able to comprehend and associate to the functionality. The store hours stated they are open until 7:00 but, this trio stayed until I had cleaned out my truck and felt comfortable with my new ride...after 9:00. Great team. I purchase well over $70 million annually and relate to many people and companies. I will speak highly of this group and will return for future needs. More
