My Review Of Honda of Greeley:
I dealt with Peggy after I found a vehicle on a third party webisite that was in their inventory. I had never before purchased a vehicle that I found on the internet, and this was a very painless process. As I live 175 miles away from the dealership, I did all of the negotiating via email, without a single phone call. Only after we had agreed upon a price, did I make a trip to take a test drive and inspect the vehicle. The vehicle was exactly as Peggy had presented it, and I was extremely pleased with the ease of the purchase and how expediant they were to get me in and out in less than 1 hour.
I was also very impressed by the fact that after I had driven away, I found an issue with the paperwork that I had signed for the purchase. After a quick email to Peggy, a fix to the issue was taken care of right away, with followup correspondence from Peggy as well as Bob, within an hour. They could have chosen to overlook the issue, but were very outstanding in rectifying the situation in a timely manner. I get the impression that Customer Service is high on their list of priorities, and I think that is very important.
I would not hesitate to recommend Peggy and the team at Honda of Greeley for your vehicle purchase, as they were a pleasure to deal with.
