The sales staff, especially Claudia, was extremely attentive and answered all of our questions. We'd test driven several cars at other dealer ships in the area and Hackettstown Honda was easily the most comfortable experience. They worked with us on the price and met the monthly payment we'd hoped for. I will definitely recommend the dealership to others. Great job! More

Very friendly and helpful I brought my pilot in for maintenance and made my way over to sales to see what options I had to get a new car or buyout my lease. Roy worked with me I brought my pilot in for maintenance and made my way over to sales to see what options I had to get a new car or buyout my lease. Roy worked with me on what my options were and I ended up just buying out my lease and saving about $100 a month. He was very attentive, helpful, honest and friendly. I will definitely recommend him. The sales staff,Particularly Roy Byers and Roger Fedor were awesome! Roger gave me the details, put me in touch with Roy not long after I was down the road in my "New" Truck!! the entire staff was very nice, helpful. The dealership was clean and easy to find. But what I was really concerned with is trustworthiness. Buying a car out of state is a little unnerving but Hackettstown Honda proved to be extremely reputable. The quality of cars they offered are top notch. I would recommend them to anyone in the tri state Plus area to check them out! More
