Pleasantly Surprised We were looking for a used Honda and found a few listed on KBB.com that seemed reasonably priced at Hackettestown Honda. The minute we walked in the door we were treated well and respectfully. Roy was wonderfully accommodating, anything we needed, he did his best to give us. When my mechanic found a few minor issues with the car we were interested in, Roy had his shop fix it, no questions asked, no change in the price of the car, they took car of it. When our car's price went down before we officially purchased it, he honored the lower price without hesitation. He even came and picked us up from home and drove us to the dealership, the day we bought our used car, as we did not want to juggle two cars/drivers. We would do business with Hackettestown Honda again! Thank you Roy! More

Kind people, Great deals, who can ask for more? I am a student that is fresh out of college, I just landed my dream job. I obviously need to get there everyday, but I only just got my first pay chec I am a student that is fresh out of college, I just landed my dream job. I obviously need to get there everyday, but I only just got my first pay check and have little money in my bank account (my girlfriend had been giving me rides to and from work temporarily). I walked in just to look (expecting to get a car sometime next month if I was lucky), but walked out with a 2014 Civic, and a huge smile beaming from my face because I got a greaaat deal! They were understanding and worked around my pretty difficult parameters. I am a person that almost never reviews places because I am never really moved enough to do so. I can say without a doubt in my mind that this dealer, has an amazing staff. I mostly worked with Peter (A phenomenal salesman, sincerely cannot stress this enough), but the other guys were super friendly and outgoing as well! The atmosphere was up beat and everyone that was buying a car had a smile on their face. :D More
